supportThe website is a divi theme. However, I have not edited this course using divi. First step is to get it work in this native wordpress blocks. I have two enroll buttons, one with coach and one without. When I added a plan, the enroll button was not displayed on the page. I added the enroll modules and was able to select which access plan to use in the right side panel. The issue is that when you click on either enroll button the result is a 404 error. This is my first time using lifterlms. I have other people waiting to see how this works. So we are on hold waiting. In all the troubleshooting doc i have read and followed the one thing i have not done is replace the theme. Replacing the theme is not possible. Any ideas on what is causing this issue and how to resolve. the page in address bar is https://bestweightonyou.com/?page_id=245659&plan=245862 This topic was modified 1 year ago by thomv . i have learned the enroll button when clicked caused the checkout page to be displayed. within lisfterlms i found the checkout page under settings. When I click on view for the checkout page i get a 404 error. I have not figured how to fix that or this is the actual problem
I would like to keep this open. I have found the manual way of adding things that were supposed to be added when installed. The reason to keep this open that when activating the plugin the pages were not added. I did not not skip any of it.
Hi @thomv , I accessed your site and can see now that the Enroll Now buttons are redirecting correctly to your checkout page instead of leading to a 404 page. Based on your description of the problem, you appear to have created that checkout page manually. Please note that, sometimes, LifterLMS may not automatically install all the four required pages listed in lifterlms.com/docs/lifterlms-required-pages , including the checkout page. For reference, these four required pages are: Checkout Page Student Dashboard Course Catalog Membership Catalog If these four pages are not automatically created, you can always add them back either manually or by re-running the LifterLMS setup wizard. To re-run the LifterLMS setup wizard, just follow the instructions in lifterlms.com/docs/rerun-lifterlms-setup-wizard .
thank you for the reply. I did re-run the LifterLMS setup wizard and the pages were not created. I have had to find and read the documentation for each step to get this product to work as advertised. The only thing that was automatic was that the menu was added to my wordpress. menu and the, lifterlms management system. I am creating one page at a time to get this to work. It has been a learning experience which provides me the ability to teach to others.
