Hi, I install your plugin and with the setup wizard, enable the 2FA for all users. Then configure Google Authoror for 2FA. However, when I login with password, I am not prompted with a security code, it seems the plugin does not exist at all. Why? I have tried the following methods: Clear the cache. Try on other browsers. Try on Incogito mode. All do not show the security code interface. With password I can go to the dashboard directly. This topic was modified 2 years, 10 months ago by chcw . Hi @chcw , Please check in the miniOrange 2-factor authentication plugin settings if the 2FA is enabled for all users and for the role of the user with which you are trying to log in. Go to the miniOrange 2FA plugin settings, and check if the toggle is switched on for the option ‘Enable 2FA for Users’. To enable 2FA for the user roles, scroll down to the bottom of the settings page, and then you need to check the checkbox corresponding to the roles specified. Let me know if this works for you. Thanks, miniOrange Team Hi, @abhishek99rana I have checked and confirmed all these options are enabled. But the 2nd step still not appear. Do you compatible with WP Rocket, WP Asset Cleanup, etc.? Now its OK. Maybe due to the cache or cookie. Thank you.
