Please ask the user to: Make a staging site if they can or backup the site (for restoration if anything goes wrong). Deactivate the other plugins one by one and see if this still occurs if only your plugin is active. They can also try testing with a default theme. Are you able to provide further details. Hi, I got feedback from freemius: From experience, there may be another conflicting plugin or theme. Please ask the user to: Make a staging site if they can or backup the site (for restoration if anything goes wrong). Deactivate the other plugins one by one and see if this still occurs if only your plugin is active. They can also try testing with a default theme. Are you able to provide further details.
